DPS Arraignments

Two more Detroit Public Schools employees are arraigned for embezzlement. Roscoe Smiley and Sandra Carter face multiple embezzlement charges---accused of stealing money from the district. Smiley and Carter are currently out on bond. They both face up to ten years in jail.
