Alvin Davis Arraigned Today

A Detroit homeland security officer is accused of misusing his federal issued firearm to seek revenge. Alvin Davis, who works as a federal agent for the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency was arraigned at the 36th District Court this afteroon.

He's accused of sticking a gun in a man's mouth and forcing him into his car to try to determine who robbed his mothers home last May.

Davis faces seven charges including unlawful imprisonment and assault among others.

He was released on a twenty-five thousand dollar bond.
