Tomorrow, Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy heads to court asking a judge to force former mayor Kwame Kilpatrick to hand over his financial records.

A judge is expected to decide tomorrow if Kilpatrick needs to release all his financial records to the prosecutors office.

Worthy requested a “Motion for Discovery” after she claims the former mayor failed to fully disclose his income for the last year.

The prosecutor is also arguing that Kilpatrick violated his probation when he allegedly didn’t disclose the information.
