Granholm signs Bill

Governor Jennifer Granholm today signed the school aid budget for the 2010 fiscal year but she says it is still seriously under-funded. Granholm vetoed 54 million in appropriations in the bill to bring it into balance. The budget will allow Michigan schools to remain open and to continue to make scheduled bond payments.
