New Court Order

1/18/2010

Former mayor Kwame Kilpatrick and the city of Detroit have until this Friday to turn over any documents or evidence they have regarding the murder case of exotic dancer Tamara Greene.

U.S. District federal judge Gerald Rosen has ordered Kilpatrick and the city to hand over Greene’s records or legal action may be taken against them.

The order was issued after both the city and former mayor failed to turn over the exotic dancers records to Norman Yatooma, the attorney who represents the family of the murdered dancer in a lawsuit against the city.

It has been rumored but never proven that Greene allegedly danced for Kilpatrick at a Manoogian Mansion party before she was gunned down and killed back in 2003.
