Celebrating Women's History Month. African American Women "Their Role in the Development of our Society and Culture." The oratory contest is opened to students between the ages of 12- 21 years old. To qualify for the contest students will present a 15- minute oratory during preliminary on Thursday, March 27, and Friday, March 28. The finalist will present a 20-minute oratory on Saturday, March 29, 2008
