Calling All Detroit Seniors!! Senior Emergency Home Repair Grant Dollars are Available!!! Seniors may apply in person or by having a personal representative complete the drawing entry form containing the senior's name, address and telephone number. Seniors need not be present to be selected - only one entry per senior household.

There are $3million dollars in HUD federal grant funding available and grants up to $12,000 for low-income seniors 65 years of age or older and/or physically disabled persons 55 years of age or older. Get your roof, furnace, electrical, plumbing, structural and build code violations taken care of through the citywide grant drawing.
