A familiar name tops the Forbes 400 rankings of the richest people in America, according to the magazine's annual report.
Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates again tops the list with an estimated net worth of $59 billion, which puts him well beyond No. 2 Warren Buffett ($39 billion), according to Forbes.
