Amazon on Wednesday announced a lending program that allows 11,000 libraries across the U.S. to loan books to those with Amazon Kindle e-readers, according to PCWorld.com.
According to the report, it marks the first time libraries will be able to lend books to the Kindle format. A list of libraries participating in the program can be found at OverDrive.com, according to PC World.
