All-American Runner has Feet Amputated Due to Frostbite

According to a story in the Anchorage Daily News, an All-American runner from the University of Alaska Anchorage had both of his feet amputated after suffering severe frostbite earlier this month.

Marko Cheseto, a 28-year-old Kenyan, suffered the frostbite after disappearing for two days earlier this month, according to the Daily News story. He lost both feet above the ankles due to the frostbite, according to the Daily News.
