A bizarre story from Florida.

According to a report from The Gainesville Sun, police said a 22-year-old Florida man was arrested Thursday and charged with abuse of the disabled for allegedly attacking a disabled veteran in a wheelchair after mistaking the wheelchair as part of his Halloween costume.
