Rape Suspect Allegedly Gave Name and Phone Number to Victim, Police Say

According to the NBCNews.com report, police said a 19-year-old man suspected in a pair of violent sexual assaults allegedly gave him name and phone number to one of the victims. Police reportedly tracked the phone number and arrested the man, according ot the NBCNews.com report.
