Man Dies After Being Swept Out to Sea While Walking with Wife, Dog

A tragic story from California on New Year's Day.

According to a report from the Marin Independent Journal, a California man drowned on Tuesday after being swept out to sea by a wave while walking with his wife and their dog at Point Reyes National Seashore.

The man's wife was rescued, according to the Marin Independent Journal report.
