Shoplifting Suspect Wields Knife, Threatens 'Bloodbath,' Police Say

A bizarre story from Florida last week.

According to a report from the Daytona Beach (Fla.) News-Journal, police said an accused shoplifter was arrested last week after allegedly brandishing a knife and threatening a "bloodbath" over cat food and a case of soda.

The suspect is facing multiple charges, including theft and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, according to the Daytona Beach News-Journal report.
