Tenant Facing Eviction Points Assault Rifle at Landlord, Police Say

According to a report from the Chicago Tribune, a 54-year-old Chicago man facing eviction was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon this week for allegedly pointing an assault rifle at his landlord during an incident on Tuesday.
