Macomb County Prisoner Shot to Death at Hospital

MT. CLEMENS (MyTV 20) - One man is dead after a police-action shooting in a hospital in Mt. Clemens.
Police say it happened inside the emergency room at Mt. Clemens regional medical center. Reports indicate a prisoner accompanied by a Macomb County deputy, grabbed a sharp instrument in the ER and threatened the officer and hospital staff.
The deputy then shot and killed the prisoner.
