A Bankrupt Half of a Tunnel

DETROIT (My TV 20 News at 10) - There's been a lot of focus lately on the Detroit Institute of Art.
Some of its priceless pieces have been mentioned as being sold to help pay off the city's debts.
However, the D-I-A is not the only asset that could be sold.
Detroit's emergency manager has said everything is on the table, including Belle Isle.
My TV20's Dave Leval tells us there's already a line forming to buy another asset, if it goes on the auction block.
