Detroit, MI (My TV20 News at 10) -- A 19 year old man and his 34 year old mother are in Detroit Police custody for the shooting death of 12 year old Kade'jah Davis.
Davis was shot multiple times in her home on the 19400 block of Ferguson on the city's west side late Tuesday night. Her mother allegedly got into an argument with the man over a lost cell phone.
Wayne County Prosecutors are still working on a warrant to formally charge the mother and son for Davis' death.
