Bail Kept at One Million for Mall Shooting Suspect

DETROIT, Mich. (MyTV20) --- The man accused of three counts of assault with intent to murder in connection with a September 27th shooting at Eastland Mall remains jailed on a million dollars bond.

From the Wayne County prosecutor's office:

"Defendant Byron Jones (Eastland Mall shooting suspect) was bound over on 3 counts of Assault with Intent to Murder, Carrying a Concealed Weapon and Felony Firearm . The bond was continued at one million dollars.

The Gang Membership felony count was dismissed by the court. The arraignment on the information is set for February 18, 2011."
