DETROIT, Mi. (My TV 20 News at Ten) --- To help African-American men in Detroit help and motivate other black men in our city, the organization "BMe" will give out ten 20-thousand dollar grants to inspiring individuals.
"BMe", which stands for "Black Male Engagement" is asking Detroit African-American males to upload a video on their website giving a testimonial as to why they should get the funding.
Our Jorge Avellan interviewed one of the applicants that wants the funding to inspire the youth in his community through fashion design.
