WASHINGTON, D.C. (My TV20 News at 10) --- President Obama says he'll sign the budget bill to keep government operating.
The bill is one that Senate leaderas crafted working in bipartison fashion, when the House couldn't get it's act together to work on a budget bill of its own.
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D) and Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R) say their bill funds the government through January 15th. And it allows the Treasury to borrow money through the first week of February.
The House is expected to vote on the Senate bill later today - and then head to President Obama for his signature.
