Council Won't Challenge Financial Manager

DETROIT, Mi. (My TV 20 News at Ten) --- After threating to file a lawsuit against the State of Michigan if Governor Rick Snyder appointed an emergency financial manager to Detroit, city council has changed its mind.

Council president Charles Pugh says council will not seek legal action and instead will try to work with the new emergency financial manager.
