Former Detroit Police Chief Testifies

Detroit, Mi (MyTV20 News at Ten) --- Former Detroit Police chief Ella Bully-Cummings testified today regarding the murder case of exotic dancer Tamara Greene.

She appeared in a Detroit federal courtroom to answer questions whether she deleted any e-mails regarding Greene while she served as chief during the Kwame Kilpatrick administration.
