DEARBORN, Mi. (My TV20 News at 10) - On March 28, 2011 at 4:20 pm, a male suspect entered the Key Bank located at 230 North Telegraph in the City of Dearborn. The suspect demanded money at gunpoint and escaped with an unknown amount of money.
Update: Thanks to tips generated from the public, Dearborn Police developed information on the location of the suspect and the vehicle which had an Alabama plate. Dearborn Police plain clothes officers established surveillance on the residence and vehicle through out the night. At approximately 8:00 am today Dearborn Police surveillance officers arrested a 25 year old Detroit resident in connection with the Robbery of the Key Bank. Due to the swift response in from the public in proving tips the Dearborn Police were also able to recover evidence in connection with the robbery.

The community’s involvement in working with the police has been crucial in assisting the Dearborn Police Department to locate and arrest several violent offenders in the past month.”
