CLINTON TOWNSHIP, Mi. (My TV 20 News at Ten) --- Three year old Julian Cotter, who was born without a forearm, is living a normal life thanks to the help of a local community group called Variety that is helping pay his prosthetic arm.

But its no just any arm, its a myoelectric arm that Julian is able to control himself.

Julian is learning how to use the arm through therapy at the myoelectric center in Clinton Township thats operated by the Detroit Medical Centers Children Hospital of Michigan.

My TV 20's Jorge Avellan has Julian's story.
