DETROIT, Mich. (My TV20 News at 10) --- Forty-two year old Gary John Mikulich appeared in a Marquette federal courthouse today in connection with an explosive device found last week at the McNamara building in Detroit.
He's been charged with attempting to damage or destroy government property. A judge has ordered a mental evaluation.
Local residents tell our Jorge Avellan their concerned about their safety.
