No Decision Yet on Financial Manager

DETROIT (MyTV 20 News at 10) - One week.
That's how long it could take for Governor Snyder to decide if Detroit gets an emergency manager.
The governor is reviewing the report from the state review team that concluded Monday a financial emergency exists in the city.
The governor shared some of the findings with reporters this afternoon in Detroit.
My TV20's Dave Leval attended the meeting, and explains some of the problems plaguing the city.
