Warrant Request Submitted in Bianca Case

DETROIT (My TV 20 News at 10) - Police may be getting close to solving the case of missing two year old Bianca Jones. A warrant request has been submitted to arrest an individual in the case. My TV 20's Jorge Avellan has the details.
