Icon Jerry Springer returns to the center ring for its 14th wild season, bringing viewers the outrageous guests they’ve come to expect, as well as some new twists on topics and even more wild relationships. The new season will continue the show’s tradition of never being complacent and always being full of surprises. The 2005-06 Springer season promises more irreverent Springer-style storytelling and antics from some of America's most colorful characters.



Having begun on September 20, 1991, and now seen on nearly 200 U.S. TV stations, the Jerry Springer Show remains hugely popular, remaining one of the few programs in syndication that appeals to both men and women.



The show, which continues to grow after 14 seasons, still displays double-digit percentage increases over its lead-in and year-ago programming, ranking among the top-25 of all syndicated strips. Springer's worldwide appeal and status as a cultural icon has catapulted his popularity all over the globe, even inspiring an opera.
