The Cedar River in Cedar Rapids is rising fast.
A man on 1st Avenue and 2nd Street said the water had appeared in less than an hour and a half. I wasn't there an hour ago, but I believe him.
It's deep; Knee high, no current.
Its just a big puddle. A driver in a red truck drives through it.
The Video shows a duck flying away from the rapids, the strong current and how high the water is.
Looking down the center line on 3rd Street and 8th Avenue by Casey's, you'll see that it's flooded.
Many sand baggers try and protect their buisness.
