When Gidget, our old shar-pei passed away in July of '07 finding a dog that could fill her shoes was nearly impossible. At a hole-in-the-wall pet store in Ypsilanti the family came across a darling shar-pei basset hound mix that charmed her way into our hearts. She's never mean spirited, shae's always ready to give you a kiss, and even though the only words she knows are 'sit' and 'toy', she's always eager to please. She might eat books, bees, and shoes, but she's the best darn dog in the world.
