Free Flow Poetry Debuts Its First Theatrical Production “Listening Between The Lines”

Experience the life of a poet like you have never seen, heard or felt it before. “Listening Between The Lines” takes you on an adventure into the lives of spoken word artists. The characters depicted are real and the various state of affairs are evident. Get a glimpse into the relationships, successes and struggles of artists as they work to relate their deepest thoughts and feelings to the world. The writer’s life is not an easy one however the journey to become a creative great is a tough task that is definitely a worth while experience. This magnificent theatrical presentation created by Crystal Reign Brock depicts the lives of poets in the Detroit Poetry Community. The cast features a star-studded line up of local performers including K Edmonds (D’city), Prostell Thomas III (Mark), Clarity Levine (Rachel), Rickie Gavin (Damien), and Crystal Reign (Diane). “Listening Between The Lines” will debut at Sweet Epiphany Poetry Café on Friday July 23rd, Saturday July 24th and Sunday July 25th. Show times are Friday 8:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday show starts at 2:30 p.m. Advanced tickets are now available for $10 and will be slightly higher at the door.
