If your looking for something fun to do that involves food you might want to check out the "Comerica CityFest" in Detroit. It started today and My TV 20's Jorge Avellan tells us what you can find there.

The grills are in full force at "CityFest" in the New Center Area.

It's a food tasting event that features forty of the best restaurants in Metro Detroit.

Jerry Girtman from "Red Wood Grill" is using special cooking techniques to attract BBQ lovers.

"We use the Redwood for the grill, it adds a nice flavor to it, a nice smoke instead of burquets which everybody uses. And it's unique."

If light food is what you crave sushi could be the solution for you.

John Iverson
"We are making a California Roll with fresh blue crab and less king crab leg. California avocados and local cucumbers. We are also going to be making a vegetarian roll, it has all local product grown here in Michigan."

Some food lovers attend the event to take a brake from cooiking.

"I love to eat man. As long as I'm not cooking all the time..which is usually the case but this way I can come down and try all the different types, all of the different flavors that are out here. You get a chance to taste it all. They got desserts down on that end, they gotr soul food down on that end, they got seafood down there. So whatever your heart desires."
