One local woman will have one of the best seats at next week's Major League Baseball Game in St. Louis. Sterling Heights Mayor Richard Notte recognized Kathleen Brooks this afternoon. She'll represent the Tigers at a special pre-game ceremony. Fans chose her because of her efforts to get more people registered to donate bone marrow.
