Alvin Davis Arraigned Today9/2/2009
A Detroit homeland security officer is accused of misusing his federal issued firearm to seek revenge. Alvin Davis, who works as a federal agent for the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency was arraigned at the 36th District Court this afteroon. He's accused of sticking a gun in a man's mouth and forcing him into his car to try to determine who robbed his mothers home last May.
