River Rouge Industrial Fire10/20/2009River Rouge’s Fire department says paving asphalt is what caused a fire this morning at the Michigan Marine Terminal. Firefighters rushed to the terminal after an oil tank inside the storage facility exploded while a chemical team cleaned an asphalt leak.
