For now, former mayor Kwame Kilpatrick’s financial records will not be disclosed. Multimedia[TAKE VO] KILPATRICKS FINANCIAL RECORDS Kilpatrick’s lawyer has appealed a Wayne County judge’s decision to force his client to hand over all his financial records for the last year. As a result, Kilpatrick does not have to report his finances until an appeals judge makes a decision.
