For now, former mayor Kwame Kilpatrick’s financial records will not be disclosed.

KILPATRICKS FINANCIAL RECORDS
WAYNE COUNTY

Kilpatrick’s lawyer has appealed a Wayne County judge’s decision to force his client to hand over all his financial records for the last year.

As a result, Kilpatrick does not have to report his finances until an appeals judge makes a decision.

The former mayor is expected to be back in a Wayne County court on October 29th for a restitution hearing.
