LANSING (MyTV 20) - The State of Michigan has a complete budget. Governor Jennifer Granholm signed the final spending bills for the budget year that started Oct. 1, vetoing a total of $127 million in 15 bills.
Overall, the governor issued more than 70 line-item vetoes. The state has been operating this month under a temporary budge
