You could say there are more people feeling blue and green tonight. That's not bad where they are concerned. Union leaders joined others this morning at the Detroit Headquartes of the AFL-CIO. That's where they announced their support of the climate change legislation now in the US Senate. It's commonly known as "Cap and Trade" and has cleared the House of Representatives. Supporters claim the legislation means good news for the nation's manufacturing industry.

MARK GAFFNEY

Opponents believe the mneasure will cost jobs, and force people to pay more for energy.
