Pistons In Talks Of New Owners

They are a Detroit tradition, but, there's a lot of talk tonight the
Pistons could have new owners. The talks first surfaced in the Wall Street Journal over the weekend. It reported Pistons owner Karen Davidson put her Colorado vacation home on the market for $47 million. Now, various published reports claim the Pistons and the Palace of Auburn Hills may soon follow. Both are part of Palace Sports and Entertainment.

Davidson took control of it following her husband's death last March. Forbes Magazine ranks the Pistons as the NBA's fourth most valuable team. Only the Los Angeles Lakers, New York Knicks, and Chicago Bulls are worth more.
