PLYMOUTH (MyTV 20) - Some of the coolest art work is on display this weekend in downtown Plymouth. The annual Ice Festival is taking center stage at Kellogg Park.
My TV 20's Dave Leval shows us some of the ice carvings you can see, and why organizers and carvers are feeling some heat.
