SOUTHFIELD, Mi. (TV 20 News at Ten) --- Who said working out has to be boring? A new fitness program called "BollyFit" is using Indian dance and music from "Bollywood" to help people get into shape.
Those who are using "BollyFit" say its a good way to stay fit and learn dances from a different culture.
My TV 20's Jorge Avellan caught up with an instructor and a participant of the program and will have the story.
