DETROIT, Mi. (My TV20 News at Ten) --- Robert Bashara and his attorney were back in a Detroit courtroom this morning seeking a reductiion of his $15-million bond. Bashara faces murder charges.
Bashara's attorney Mark Krieger argued that Bashara is a good man who needs to work to pay his legal bills. The Wayne County Prosecutor disagreed, stating Bashara's family has turned on him and is no longer beneficial to his hometown of Grosse Pointe Farms.
Judge Bruce Morrow said he'll take the request under advisement and rule later. More on the Bashara case tonight from reporter Kila Peeples on My TV20 News at 10.
