Bold Proposal for Belle Isle

DETROIT (My TV 20 News at 10) - Belle Isle remains under control of Detroit tonight.
The City Council still has not ruled on a plan by the State of Michigan to operate the park, with the city getting the money.
Another group has joined the bidding war tonight.
Investors are offering the city some big bucks, and not just to operate Belle Isle.
My TV20's Dave Leval tells us, this group wants to own the park.
