Budget Crisis Spawns Resourcefulness

DETROIT, Mi. (My TV 20 Detroit) --- With its financial crisis, the city of Detroit is trying to collect money anyway it can.

That's why its currently offering an income tax amnesty program for both Detroit residents and non-residents who work in the city.
My TV 20's Jorge Avellan spoke with the city's financial director and will has the story.
