DETROIT (My TV 20 News at 10) - The arrests are part of Operation "Save Our Seniors."
It's a joint effort between WSU Police, the Wayne County Sheriff's Office, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.
Authorities claim drug dealers forced their way into two senior citizen apartment buildings where, and conducted their illegal operations there.
They intimidated residents as dealers sold anything from marijuana to cocaine and heroin.
Investigators tell us dealers threatened tenants if they contacted police.
Some of those arrested include tenants.
A similar raid took place at the City View Towers senior apartment building.
