Council Balking at More City Layoffs

DETROIT, Mi. (My TV 20 News at Ten) --- Mayor Dave Bing's administration announced today more layoffs may be on the way to help fix the city of Detroit's financial crisis.

Mayor Dave Bing wants city council members to approve a budget amendment that could save the city millions of dollars, but council is hesitant.
