Council Shakeup Continues

DETROIT, Mi. (TV 20 News at Ten) --- As of today, Detroit's city council has new leadership. Saunteel Jenkins was elected as the new council president while councilman Andre Spivey became president pro temp.

The changes took place with Charles Pugh still missing and former pro temp Gary Brown having resigned from office. But the election wasn't a smooth one, one council member caused a lot of drama before the votes were counted.
