DPD: Violent Crime Down in 2013

DETROIT (My TV 20 News at 10) - In 2013, the city of Detroit topped Forbes list for most dangerous U.S. city for the fourth year in a row. It’s no secret that crime is an issue here—but it’s an issue that Detroit Police Chief James Craig says is getting better—and will continue to get better.
