Detroit, Mi. (TV 20 News at Ten) --- Detroit city clerk Janice Winfrey told our Jorge Avellan the city's primary election will take place tomorrow despite a lawsuit filed to try to postpone it.
The lawsuit claims the necessary poll workers, also known as election inspectors have not been trained. However, the city clerk has provided documentation that shows otherwise.
